Child Safety & Protection Policy

Justagg is committed to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any content or behaviour involving minors that is illegal, exploitative, or harmful on our platform, app, or digital profiles.

Minimum age requirement

Users must be at least 13 years old to create a Justagg account or use the Justagg app. By registering, users confirm they meet this minimum age requirement. Parents or guardians who believe a minor under 13 has created an account should contact us immediately at support@justagg.com for account removal.

Prohibited content & behaviour

The following are strictly prohibited on Justagg profiles, in the app, or via any Justagg-linked content:

Uploading, sharing, linking to, or promoting any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors.
Using Justagg profiles or NFC/QR share functionality to distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Using the platform to groom, contact, solicit, or exploit minors in any way.
Impersonating a minor or creating profiles designed to attract or deceive minors.
Sharing personal information (name, location, school, contact details) of any minor without parental consent.
Linking social media accounts or external pages that contain content exploiting minors.

How we enforce this policy

Justagg uses the following measures to actively protect minors on our platform:

User-generated profile content is subject to monitoring and moderation for violations.
Reported content is reviewed promptly and removed if found to be in violation.
Accounts found to have violated this policy are immediately suspended or permanently terminated.
Devices (NFC cards, QR tags) linked to violating accounts are deactivated.
We retain records and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations involving child safety.
All Justagg devices are individually encrypted before dispatch to prevent third-party tampering.

User responsibilities

All Justagg users share responsibility for keeping the platform safe for everyone, including minors. Users are expected to:

Only share their own contact information and content through their Justagg profile.
Not use their digital business card to approach, target, or connect with minors in an inappropriate context.
Immediately report any profile, NFC interaction, or QR code that appears to contain harmful content involving minors.
Ensure their linked social media accounts comply with this policy

All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. We may follow up for additional information. Your report can be submitted anonymously.

Legal compliance

Justagg complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (India), and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. We report confirmed CSAM incidents to the relevant authorities and regulatory bodies as required by law. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies upon a valid legal request.
